We are a company, which assess technical condition of thermo-mechanical power equipment on the basis of diagnostic examinations. We use our knowledge about technical condition of the equipment to prognose their lifetime, to optimize operational conditions and overhaul strategies, as well as to perform its modernization aimed at extending the lifetime of the power equipment and assuring safety operation. Our staff is well-qualified and has high competence in the field of inspection and assessment of power equipment and its maintenance. We have implemented management systems for quality (ISO 9001) and environment (ISO 14001) and than we have been certified by TÜV Rheinland. Our Material Testing Laboratory and Department for Power Chemistry (Chemical Testing Laboratory is a part of it) are approved by the Office of Technical Inspection. All our specialists concerned with diagnostic examinations have qualification-certificates according to EN 473 standard. Our laboratories are equipped with the state-of-the-art appliances for all kinds of diagnostic examination and measurements, including portable installation performed accordingly to our own author project. The work of our expert team is supported by the computer network system and latest engineering software, including the strength calculations based on finite element method. We carry out the examinations of the power equipment to assess its technical condition and to prognose its further operating period. We prepare the technologies for its repair and regeneration. We optimize the operation conditions including the chemical parameters of the working medium in water-steam systems. We convert the knowledge gained from the diagnostic examinations into technologically advanced applications, mainly aimed at extending the service life and reducing the outlays on maintenance of power equipment. Together with putting into our offer new diagnostic methods and better procedures for assessment of the technical condition, we started implementation of diagnostic software systems and on-line diagnostic services. We continue development works on LM System PRO®+ platform, which contains the software supporting management of the maintenance of the productive property of power plant. Also, at the moment we prepare specialized versions of LM System PRO®+ which are the direct answer for current needs of our Clients.
